While we’ll talk a little about ourselves here this time, we intend for the rest of the content we share to be for you. About you. About what you’re thinking about. About your questions. About the industry. So bear with us as we introduce ourselves just this one time!

Settlor’s a relatively new name in the title tech family, but our folks have been in the industry a long time. In fact, our title production system is built upon a continual evolution shaped by 30 years of title agent user feedback. Our top people have been in the title industry most of our lives, and not just title tech, but title operations, title compliance, title business. We didn’t come here to carve out a niche, cash in and get out. We’re planning to be with you for quite a while.

We like to think we get the title industry. After all, many of us have been here most of our professional lives. And where we may not get it, please, tell us! We’re always learning and growing, just as most title professionals are.

We want you to know we value the same things many of you do. Independence. A dedication to customer service – and that includes listening to clients, not talking at them. Collaboration. Finding better ways to do things. After all, your world is changing minute by minute (especially these days). So we’re doing all we can to build tech that can change with you, not force you into silos just because it would be easier for us to do it that way.
